HildiTech is a division of Accuracy Data Systems, Inc., a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL). All sales are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
All orders are subject to product availability and verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. When you place an order, your card is authorized for the order total; the charge is completed when your order is released for fulfillment, and an authorization on a cancelled order is released. Charges appear as ACCURACY DATA SYSTEMS on your statement.
Sales tax is charged on orders shipped to North Carolina (7%), calculated on the order total after discounts, including shipping. It is shown at checkout before you place your order.
Orders of $99 or more (after discounts) ship free by standard ground within all 50 states and Washington, DC; smaller orders ship for a flat $9.99. Orders ship directly from our distribution partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy.
All sales are final except as described in our Returns & Refunds policy. Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported to returns@hilditech.com within 48 hours of delivery; claims reported after that window cannot be accepted. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective, or we shipped the wrong item.
All products sold by HildiTech are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer, we facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer. Contact us at info@hilditech.com for warranty assistance.
HildiTech and Accuracy Data Systems, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased through this site.
