HildiTech ships to the 48 continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands), or internationally. Night vision and thermal imaging devices are controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and cannot be exported without authorization from the US Department of State. Attempting to export these products without proper licensing is a federal offense.
Night vision and thermal imaging devices may only be sold to US citizens and lawful permanent residents. By placing an order, you confirm that you are a US person as defined under ITAR and that the products will remain within the United States.
Night vision and thermal optics are legal to own throughout the continental United States. However, state and local regulations governing the use of these devices for hunting vary widely. Some states restrict or prohibit the use of night vision or thermal equipment for certain species or seasons. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before using these devices for hunting or any other purpose. HildiTech sells these products for lawful purposes only.
